Anyone not have prenatal care?

Im on medicaid and 35 weeks prego. the office I go to is over scheduled and can't see people as often as supposed to. I had all my tests and bloodwork done but have not been to doc in person since week 28. I was told to use nurse hotline for problems and everything has been fine so far. just wondering if anyone has ever had this happen or been in same position. Also I was told since I'm not high risk the only person I need to see or talk to is the nurse.
