How are things in college?

I didn't read the whole thing -- sorry!-- but I wanted to let you know that most colleges and universities have a way more diverse and liberal population than high schools. You may not find a boyfriend right off the bat, but there is a good chance that there will be an active and open gay population and very few people will even blink at being asked out by someone of the same gender.
