What does this translate to?

the first part maybe: ohayoo gozaimashita, a polite form of saying good morning. adri is your name? "san" is an honorific and is added to the end of a person's name. juu-ji is 10:00 and the ka maybe han, making it 10:30. desu ka would make it a question. I'm not sure about the second part.
