What kind of tattoo should i get of my fiance...i don't know?

my names is Donna n i have a fiance we've been together for 3 years nd a half, but engaged for one year now. i love him to death. i wanna get a tattoo of his name on me...but not sure of how to get it..with our names n the date we've been together for, just his name, a quote, or anything else like a picture or something i'm undecided. i'm thinking about getting it in march or april of 09...pleeeeee help meee..
