What programs besides "Tax cuts" for business do Republicans have in mind for the over 60 million unemployed?

People are only counted unemployed if the want to work but can not did a job, To do something about all 60 million adults who are not working, you would have to set up forced labor camps, and not even the "evil" Republicans or the "socialist" democrat are in favor of that.
