Do you think nose piercings can change a person appearence and make them seem more attractive?

I recently had my nose done and my friends said i look more 'sensual':| what does that even mean!? ive never though myself as good looking but after them saying then i was feeling a bit oooh la la! What do you think? Do you think nose piercings can change a person appearence?!
