My female quail has been sitting on her eggs for 16 days..she is very protective..what are the chances of them

My female king quail has been faithfully sitting on her eggs for 16 days, what are the chances of them hatching?..if they are of course fertile?..which they should be..she is living with a male..I am really hoping for little babies soon..love Michelle xxx ooo
