Should the Chargers prepare for Next Year's NFL Draft?

Philip Rivers is actually a pretty decent quarterback believe it or not, the problem is as you mentioned, LT is on the decline and that is hurting them. Though at this point, yes I believe it is time to start preparing for next year's draft.
