Hi well I live in London(UK), and I don't mind multicultural but now this is getting a bit out of hand! now the UK current population is around 62-63 million which it is quite allot for a country this size. currently there are around 6 million LEGAL immigrants and around 1-2 million ILLEGAL so that's around 7 million immigrants which is quite allot, on average 300,000 immigrants come to this country every year which means 200,000-300,000 homes are tooking up by immigrants and then they bring there families and they are mainly from developing nations and on average have around 3-6 children compared to a British female only having around 1-3 children! my point is I think that the UK would be so much better financially if it only had around 2 million immigrants. I am just sick of hearing 20 languages walking down the street and last week I was in the bookstore and the istance didn't even hardly speak english WHAT THE F_CK?! this immigration is getting out of hand 1/3 of new homes are for immigration which is taking up our lovely countryside why aren't the government doing something to control it, yes they do the work we particularly do not enjoy but not all of them! we need to act now I am trying not to be racist but I don't wont to see a bad future for my children being in a congested country!

chill out, you are 16, your hormones are going crazy, it happens to so many people. its so common for teenagers to be ually attracted to the same even if they are straight. How can I get my co-workers to stop relying on me for everything and interrupting my work to help them?

I was recently promoted to a coordinator position, and I do not have much management experience. There are a couple of people on my team who ask me questions ALL day long. Of course I am happy to provide guidance, but it is almost as if they need my permission to do anything because they don't want to make a decision. In addition to the questions, it is the timing of the questions...my coworkers will rudely interrupt me while I am in the middle of a conversation, or they will come find me while I am on my lunch break so they can get an immediate answer. I have tried extremely hard to be patient, to direct them to the place where they can find an answer, and to stress to them that I have my own work to do and may not be able to ist them right away. I started to hear a noise coming out from front left side during normal driving. The noise can be heard all the time, but it is more clear on the highway. So it is speed sensitive. The noise is like whining or harmonic high frequency, low-pitch noise. Like UUUU(high)UUUU(low),,,,The penger can hear a little bit from right front as well but much lighter. The blower's circulation intake should indeed come from inside the structure; to have it come from outside is seriously weird. For the blower to run for awhile after the gas shuts off is perfectly normal; there is a thermal switch in the plenum which turns the blower on when the plenum air gets warm, and shuts it off again when the plenum has cooled off. I would install at least one return air duct (and possibly two or three, depending on the dwelling configuration) to deliver air to the furnace; there should also be arrangements for filters to clean some of the crud out of the air. Do double-check where the furnace circulation intake air is coming from -- the roof is simply too screwy to believe.

This may sound crazy but I would go with the person the longest possible contract. You don't want to get someone with 1 or 2 years left because I hate to be honest but Cleveland is not a hot spot for NBA players. They get someone with 1 or 2 years, they're going to be gone ASAP. I say get someone with 3 or more so that way at least you can have a star for a few years and hopefully Cleveland makes good draft choices, builds the team really strong and can convince the trade exception player to stay.

Im 16 years old, i live in England and i love american football. I play rugby now, and have done for many years, and i am extremely good - I play for the regional (state) team and i have been offered a place at a professional academy. I have always been involved in rugby, but i think that my style of play would be much better suited to american football. I play winger in rugby as i am pretty big, fast, and extremely powerful. My best traits would definitely be my running power, my hand off (stiff arm) and my power in tackling. I have an unusually great ability to beat defenders, which is why i score so many tries (touchdowns) - I have 18 in 7 games for my club (a club record for tries per match!) and last year i scored 4 in 3 games for the regional team. My internet keeps on going out, and to get it back on, I have to re-install the network drivers and restart my computer. I have a question about marijuana and becoming a police officer in California?

I am a 20 year old male who is currently attending college, and is wanting to one day become a police officer. However, when I was 14 years old, I smoked marijuana just one time. I consider it to be the WORST mistake I have ever made. I have never done any other narcotic and I don't even drink. However, I know that when I try to get hired (as a police officer) they will do a psych-eval, and a polygraph. Is that something that I want to be honest about? And will it keep me from getting hired? I have NEVER been arrested or in trouble with the law, but I did make a mistake or two in high school. However, in my adulthood I am a nose-to-the-grindstone, hard working person, and I am a very hard and fair worker and student, and I have plenty of references that would confirm such. Would the mistake I made in high school prevent me from getting hired as a police officer? Or do they expect people to have made some mistakes at some point in there lives? I have a '07 Scion tC, and when it was new the hatchback lifted very easily when I opened it. Now it only opens about halfway before I have to push it up manually. Help! My Phone Fell In The Bath, Wat Should I Do ?

This happened to me before but I dropped mine in the toilet! I just took it out and took off everything, battery, memory card in the back of phone. I ran a hair dryer on it for a few minutes, using the low setting. Then I had to leave it all apart, leave it open if its a flip phone. and try it again the next day. You might have problems with your phone screen though. My phone screen kept shutting off by itself but that went away about a week later. Good luck!
